KNITTING
Having brand new Mayer & Cie and Unitex knitting machines covering the fine spectrum of knits - Jersey, Interlock, Engineering striper, Lycra, Rib and etc 45 Knitting Machine - 12 Tones production per day

PRINTING
We have the latest printing facilities, which can produce over 12 color 60,000 meters a day. We are also equipped with digital laboratory printing to turn-around the samples faster

DYEING
We can source a sophisticated HTHP soft flow dyeing machines from standard using AZO free reactive and disperse dyes from the vessel range of 50kgs, 500kgs and 1000kgs with works in eco-friendly conditions. We are using dyes and chemicals only from well reputed large scale manufacturers and we ensure our fabric quality and standards at every stage with our advanced laboratory and experienced technicians.

SEWING

  • Our Stitching unit consists of Plain, Flat lock, over lock, Bind, Gathering. Power singers, Lace works Button hole machines, Press Button Machines, Smocking Machine, Rib Cutting Machine, Net Folding Machine. We use the most modern and single needled machines which produce in large volume. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality.
